   Reverse Prayer Pose(pashchima namaskarasana),  With this pose, you need to feel your rib cage lift and lower with each breath.

   This pose offers a very slight back bend, which can help you re-energize and clear your thinking.
  
   Reverse Prayer Pose stretches the shoulder, upper back, joints and pectoral muscles.
It also releases tension from your shoulders, forearms, wrists and collarbones area.

   Take your palms and arms behind, towards your lower back with fingers pointing upwards. Hold for some 30 seconds.
